Travel Information
Tavro provides travel planning information for awareness and convenience. Visa rules can change without notice. Tavro is not a government authority, immigration adviser, airline, or embassy.
You are responsible for verifying visa, passport, transit, health, and entry requirements with official sources before booking or travelling. Final entry decisions are made by airlines, immigration authorities, and government agencies.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in provider and for activity under your Tavro account. Keep your account information accurate and contact support if you believe your account has been compromised.
Paid and eSIM Features
Some Tavro features may involve payments, eSIM products, third-party network availability, or fulfillment providers. Product availability, activation, coverage, speed, refunds, and support may depend on provider terms and local network conditions.
Do not purchase travel services unless you have checked compatibility, destination, device support, and your own travel requirements.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Tavro, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, abuse support channels, scrape protected systems, or use Tavro for unlawful activity.
Intellectual Property
Tavro, its design, app experience, branding, and content are owned by Tavro or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute Tavro content except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Disclaimers
Tavro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that visa information, unlock guidance, alerts, eSIM availability, or app features will be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tavro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including travel disruption, denied boarding, denied entry, lost bookings, or lost data.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Tavro changes. Continued use of Tavro after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
